Payment Options
50% down with signing of the contract and the balance paid 2 weeks prior to date of the event.
If bill is paid within 2 weeks of contract signing, a corporate 10% discount will be deducted from the entire speaking and/or panel fee - excluding: hotel, travel, shipping, etc.
Travel Expenses
Option #1 -- Client will provide air tickets, number of sleeping rooms neccessary at site, plus cost of transportation to airport, from airport to venue, and return, meals, and tips, plus procurement of any props and overheads. Speaker to provide statement and receipts to client within 1 week of close of program.
Option #2 -- "Turnkey" Client makes and pays for sleeping room at site. Speaker pays for all meals, dry cleaning, phone calls, etc. Speaker purchases own air tickets and pays for all misc. expenses and travel to and from the airport. Client pays a flat fee for these expenses agreed upon prior to event and included in overall speaking fee.
